After completing the Audit, it's time for both sides to properly organize and prioritize the biggest issues to start tackling. Maybe it starts with People, or maybe we start with Processes, or maybe Productization. Aligning after the audit will help us all decide how to pursue Action. This takes 1-2 weeks max.
Execute On The Plan
Like any good task list, the goal is to start solving the problems that we've identified after the audit. We'll continue this process on a monthly basis until there's nothing left to solve inside of your company. You're the ultimate decider of when we're 'finished'. This usually starts after the first 2-4 weeks.
